I've worked until closing the past 3 nights in a row (and I worked for 8 hours on Saturday!) so my mind (and body, lol) is a bit scattered and in need of decompressing. Well, thankfully, I get the next week off! My poor aching back, feet and legs will certainly appreciate that. During that time, I'm going to take advantage of my days off and get on the floor to do planks (and other pilates/yoga type moves to strengthen my back and abs), work on upper body ST and stretch, stretch, stretch. Carrying and lifting all of those piles and piles of clothes is really giving me a work out! Hangers make things so heavy. And, I have a tendency to slouch when my back starts to ache, which it does a lot, so I'm trying to make a point of sucking in the stomach and standing up straight, which hurrrts because of the back pain, so I need to work on some posture exercises, too.
I also plan to whip up a few meals in the next few days. I bought stuff to make chili and taco soup, and I'll have to figure out what else to add to my menu later.
Need to catch up on chores, as well. I have a lot of laundry to do and lots of dishes piled up. The ex (aka housemate) has been sick this past week (like I was the week before) so he hasn't really felt healthy enough to do things around the house, either.
