Weekly miles - 22.1
Sunday - Half Marathon
Wednesday - light 6 miles through the hills
Friday - 5 minutes treadmill, 35 elliptical WT
Saturday - 3 miles

This is my first time recording my activity in my blog. I'm hoping it will motivate me through the short, dark days of winter! As for today, it is a beautiful, crisp fall morning out there! I nearly froze my first time around the neighborhood!

I took some time to recover this week after Sunday's half. Wednesday did an easy 6 miles through the hills. Friday I got back to the gym and after 5 minutes on the treadmill decided to take it easy on my joints and hit the eliptical. I thought today would be a rest day until dh offered me that apple pie last night. It was my first and last piece! I promise! Waking up to the memory of the pie I jumped out of bed and did a quick 3 mile loop in my neighborhood.

    WOW!!! I love you idea about being accountable by posting your fitness on your blog. I'm going to follow suit. I see my fitness falling away rapidly in this cold weather....I HATE the cold! Going to try to force myself onto the dreadmill more and do more ST and get to the fitness center to use the track to log some more miles so I don't lose all the ground I've gained this year. Really wanting my first race next year to be 10 K and I haven't run a 10K in a race yet - just in training, so I really need to stay focused.
