Not feeling well today

Friday, November 12, 2010

I woke this morning with a terrible sore throat, bad head ache, and my head feels like it weighs a ton. I have been combating symptoms all week, taking sucrets for scratchy throat and gargling with warm salt water; using my Neti pot with SinuCleans to wash out my sinus cavities; Taking Robitussin for cough at bed time; wearing a surgical mask to bed not breathe in Dale's germs because he has a sinus infection. This morning, I felt too bad to go for my usual walk, it is 9:17 and I am still in my night gown and robe. I just took two Tylenol sinus capsules and I am feeling so drowsy already. Maybe I should just go lie down and take a nap,

Sounds like you have done everything under the sun to keep from getting sick. Now all you ca do is ride it out and rest. Get extra Vit C, is supposed to help end the sickness earlier..
    Hope you recover quickly,
