Speed Work Tonight

I had an awesome work out on the treadmill. I normally hate doing tread work, but I could really push myself on it tonight. I did 15 sets of intervals.

I followed that up with lower body and arms wt training. I'm working on getting my butt back now that I'm not training for long runs.

I really appreciated Uglyshoes and Faynaday coming to work out with me tonight. Nice peer pressure!!! Great job ladies!!!

Game Plan:
abs in the morning!!

client at 10:30
Gym from 12 to 12:30...go over reports
client at 1
client at 3
couple at 5
latin techniques at 7
interm. 2 step at 8:15

Positives:
1. Great work out with friends tonight!
2. New client starting next week!! Thursdays are full!!
3. Feeling awesome tonight!!
