Day 2: Going strong

I was pretty good today! Everything that went into my mouth was logged... and I stayed within my calorie range (though I went a little over on fat - thanks to Mom's meatloaf)
I need to try and get more water into my system. This is where I know I am falling short! I'm going to try and improve on that tomorrow. Either way... Day 2 of logging and all is well.
I would like to set up some sort of reward program for myself. The weight comes off very slowly for me... which isn't exactly a problem, but it takes FOREVER to lose even as much as five pounds.
But - when I do it... meaning that I lose those first five pounds that I've been trying to lose since day 1 - I will treat myself to something good... perhaps I will cash in the gift certificate I have for the Swedish massage. Yep - that's the reward. When I'm down to just under 155....Swedish massage it is!
