I had a perfect day (so far)

I'm going to count the past 6 days as "practice" for getting back on track. Practice as in I didn't do a horrible job, but I didn't do the best job either. I have been giving it some thought, and I think I know what I'd like to do for myself to get things rolling. I think if I set one simple goal for myself each week, and achieve it, then I'll be able to "reward" myself by seeing results.

So here is my goal for this week: Log my calories every day. Every thing that goes into my mouth must be tracked using this site. Then, on Friday morning, I'll weigh myself in and face the music (I'm sure there will be a setback on my weight loss ticker because I have been OFF the wagon... and I'm ready for that).

What tends to throw me off is going out to eat. I don't have any plans to do that so far this week...so if I eat at home and can manage to track my calories accurately, maybe I'll learn some lessons.
