Working through the pain in my foot/ankle and shoulder.
I will keep up the exercise routine and stay committed to

    yes, I know I will get slammed again about the no pain no gain! or pain is weakness leaving the body!!

    but it really was my body just complaining! If I have given up then, I wouldnt have today!

    I worked through it, 4 wks later all pains are gain, all aches are gone!
    in its place is STRENGHT and ENDURANCE

    keep it up! just dont hurt your self! take a break when you need to!
