I weighed on Tues but I'm just getting around to posting it- I lost 3 more lbs, not a lot for the 5-6 wks since the last weigh-in, but I'm always happy to lose anything! It's better than staying the same and that's better than gaining. And it puts me at an even 15 lbs gone. My pants are slipping down a bit!
I just adjusted my starting weight to what it was a couple of months before starting SP and my first weigh-in awhile after I started. Also it now shows pounds lost instead of actual wt.
I also finally looked at my Summer term grades and was quite pleased, plus in my first 2 grad courses this fall I got an A minus in each!
In moments of discouragement or feeling down this week, I just think of these positive results of sticking to my plans of action and see real proof that I can and will reach my goals!
