I Added Exercise and I Feel Great

I'd like to add to my previous post of being half way there.
I joined Curves! I tried the personal trainer and gym routine, but, found that I love the circuit training and the fact that I get my cardio and strength training all in one! I am so driven to make sure I make it there on the days because I feel so good afterwards.
I have started to notice the changes in my body too. With the weight loss and my exercise. I feel great.
I'd like to encourage everyone to never ever give up. This has not been a short journey for me. I've been on this journey since 1999. I've had my loses and gains. Everyday I make a conscious choice to eat to fuel my body. This way of thinking has made all the difference in the world. I continue my journey to a healthy weight every day...even on those days I eat more than I should. You can never give up. You just eat better the next meal. Don't wait for another day. Fix it that day! And then forget whatever it was that you thought you shouldn't eat and turn it around to you must have needed that food at that time and it is okay. But now, I continue to eat my everyday way...to fuel my body.
And now the exercise! Now I'm helping my body to continue to support me and all the things I want to do. Like chase after my grandson, ride a bike, go for a hike. I'm way too young to become sedentary. I want to live and I want to live life to the fullest.
Lets all make it our new mantra that we want to LIVE and live LIFE to the FULLEST!
