What One Month on Sparkpeople has Done for Me

I have been a member of Spark for a little over a month and in that time I have tracked my food daily and very rarely gone over my calories. I am paying close attention to what I am eating and planning to the best of my ability what I will be eating each day. I can now run for 28 minutes straight without stopping (or dropping dead). I am beginning to feel better about myself. The scale is slowly moving but I feel good.
I have met some pretty amazing people on this site and am truly inspired every day by each of their journeys. Reading about their successes inspires me to continue to push myself every day.
So, thank you Sparkpeople and all you "Sparks" who continue to encourage me along the way.
