Almost mid-October!

Hi to you, Whoever-Reads-Blogs, and how are you doing?
It's sunshining today, I had enough sleep, the rent is paid and there's food in kitchen, so I'm feeling very thankful AND hopeful today.
I think until I have another way to weigh in, I might be able to sneak into my old clinic and weigh on Tuesday afternoons, so that will give me a better picture of my ongoing weight loss.
I realized today that besides getting used to my new schedule and focus of study, plus adjusting my calorie intake and working towards a REGULAR walking schedule, I've overloaded myself trying to make too many other changes & improvements at once. I'm thinking some people are able to handle many changes at once, but I'm a bit lame in that department, so I need to eliminate many fun/busy, but not essential, activities as I can and focus just on the most important things until they become habits instead of changes, then I'll just work on one or two at a time. Curse of the Gemini - scattering our energy and not focusing enough.
On that note, I'll keep this short (for me!), and get ready for my ESSENTIAL walk. Take care, G-d bless,
