It's NOT a good idea to eat a breakfast burrito in your fridge from McDonalds without first knowing the nutritional info on said burrito.... This morn I was in a hurry to get out the door for work and grabbed a burrito my daughter had put in fridge. After eating it on my way to work I logged into see what the calories were and low and behold 570 calories for one lousy burrito that wasn't that great,, after having seen the calories i was scared to read the fat count.... I was shocked to say the least, but it was a lesson learned, and hopefully I won't repeat the same mistake again. emoticon sheesh!

You're not alone! The same thing happened to me last week. We had a major heat wave so I went to McDonald's and had a McFlurry without checking the calories...major mistake!! I've learned since then!
