Well today went ok, I am not eating breakfast, still a hard thing for me to do. Had noodle for lunch and dinner,end of the month not alot left in the house.

    You'll never believe how much better I feel when i eat breakfast. I've kind of settled in to a copu of Multi-grain cheerios and a cop of milk, someitmes with fruit. I have a hard time getting in milk, so that's one way. Anyway I change it up occasionally, but whatever, the breakfast really makes a difference for me. Give it a try if you can. Good luck.

    Try to eat something in the morning it will help you. I hope you are eating enough because not eating enough isn't good for you either.
