Well, despite my sick WEEK and unplanned inactivity, I managed to lose one pound. I'm not as proud of this pound because I know I didn't really deserve it, but I know next week will be much better.
I also met my goal of at least 300 workout minutes this week. I obtained this by doing my morning/evening walks and some basic callestenics during the day when I had some energy. Didn't break much of a sweat but at least I wasn't in bed all week either.
I'm excited - planning a weekend get away for our anniversary. DH is making all the plans & I will be surprised! Cool :)
