Challenging myself

I've been loving life this far in the US. It's almost unbelievable to think that I've lost 15 pounds since the beginning of August! It's more than what I lost between January and the end of July!

I'm walking about 5miles all together to and from school each day, which I'm sure helps a lot. But more than anything, I'm convinced that the fact that I'm much happier here than I was where I lived and worked before has had a HUGE impact on all of this!

As another step, I'm challenging myself to lose 30 pounds before my husband comes to visit me during the winter holidays. If my progress continues as it has until now, this shouldn't be a problem, but at the same time, looking at previous progress it can be a challenge.

To work towards my goals I plan to:
emoticon Get my (at least) 8 glasses of water in every day.
emoticon Get back on track with breakfast every day.
emoticon Weigh and track everything, keeping within Sparks given targets.
emoticon Walk at least 10,000 steps on weekdays.
emoticon WATP 5mile fat burning walk - at least 3 days a week.

And I need to look into getting some proper strength training in. For now it's mostly been wall pushups and other exercises I've seen through Sparks.
