So firstly just to mention from the end of my last blog.. my son's school did finish in the top 20! Huzzah! Winners haven't yet been anounced (I don't think..) but I'm waiting to hear good news for them!
Onward to me.
Life has been BUSY!!!
Back to school for both me and the little one. And then work going full force. And then holiday season upon us.
Before Rosh Hashana I was down to 166!
And now after Yom Kippur I'm 165.5
I've slacked off terribly at the gym. Terrrrribley. Like going once a week if that. Sometimes it's more like once every 10 days. I'm starting to debate suspending my account..
My eating habits have been mostly "shakes", but as usual after 2 weeks of being "mostly" good.. I'm now falling into bad habits of convincing myself that just having fewer shakes and eating a little more food is okay. And I"m eating snackery/crackery stuff. I'm still keeping down though. Since October I haven't climbed over 170 even after Rosh Hashana when I went away to a hotel for 3 days and had 6 catered meals and I gained 2lbs up to 168.
I'm going now to NYC for 2 weeks.. so we'll see if I can still be good!
Also another thing.. after going 70 days last menstrual cycle (my 2nd one going pill free), my cycle this time was 28 days! WOW! Maybe this means my body is really getting healthy?
I admit that I have less and less time to spark, and that I feel I need it a little less to stay motivated, but I definitely miss a lot of my sparkfriends and I hope you are all doing well!!
Anywho.. gotta get my day on..so TTFN!
I will likely check back in October 5th when I get back from NY!
