what a crappy end to the week.....

So here I am moving along pretty well in this whole weightloss thing. Then one of my co-workers comes in sick, and a couple of days later, guess what - I'm sick. Not super sick - just really tired with a sore throat. I ended up taking 1/2 a day off on Thursday to come home and take a 4 hour NAP, get up, eat dinner - and go to bed again for the entire nite - skip Zumba class. I feel much better Friday, but still have a sore throat - skip exercise at gym because I'm still not 100% . Wake up today, sore throat not much better (although I still feel good otherwise) - skip Zumba again. I'm trying to keep up eating enough, but don't really feel like eating (cause it hurts). I'm hoping that my sore throat gets better tomorrow. I feel like I NEED to get back to exercise-i don't want to lose my momentum. But dh doesn't want me to get worse by going to the gym/Zumba, so I'm listening, but it's hard....

    It's frustrating. I had a virus that took me out for about a week and I'm STILL struggling with getting back into exercising. Just take it easy though and don't push it or you could end up feeling worse than you are now. Feel better! emoticon
