Not tomorrow, TODAY

I was advised (thank you) to write a blog to help sort through my current funk. So here goes and I'll make it short and sweet...
It started with packing is working out, right?
The was followed by some..gotta celebrate becoming an auntie ...tomorrow..k..please?
Then on to some moving, starting school..so no time & no money...lots of fast food (heard that before)
And lets not forget that diet soda is as good as water
So here I am 6 weeks later, feeling like crap, gained weight and allowed bad habits to take over. So TODAY, I am drinking my water, working out and making a personal promise to myself to NEVER EVER EVER say "tomorrow is okay" again!!

    being conscious is the first step :) you are now ready to start making small positive changes daily, you dont have to do everything at once, but a little chipping away at those 'bad habits' will go a long way towards feeling motivated, you can do it!! thanks for the soup, i think i am going to go for a nice easy walk and let my head clear out ;)
