I was advised (thank you) to write a blog to help sort through my current funk. So here goes and I'll make it short and sweet...
It started with
packing is working out, right?
The was followed by some..gotta celebrate becoming an auntie
Then on to some moving, starting school..so no time & no money...lots of fast food (heard that before)
And lets not forget that diet soda is as good as water
So here I am 6 weeks later, feeling like crap, gained weight and allowed bad habits to take over. So TODAY, I am drinking my water, working out and making a personal promise to myself to NEVER EVER EVER say "tomorrow is okay" again!!
