Trying to get back on track

Since I joined SparkPeople, I have lost about 25 pounds, which is great! I had tried to lose weight before, but never lost more than 5 pounds, and I always gained it back. And gaining it back is what is happening right now.
I was doing very well on the program until the end of July. By then, I had reached my original goal of 130 pounds and was feeling pretty good. Too good, perhaps. Because then I started to eat a little more...but I wasn't doing strength training because various circumstances caused me to miss going to Curves on a regular basis.
So now I have to lose the 5 pounds I gained back, plus I really would like to lose another 5 pounds. Then I will actually weigh my "happy weight" of 130 pounds when I am weighed at Curves or at the doctor's office. Their scales always seem to add 3-5 pounds to the weight I get on my scale at home--and I don't think it's all clothes!
Anyway, I've got to get back on track. So you'll be hearing more from me!
