thankfully I am not alone but several of us in class figured a project as a class project since it is recorded on the syllabus as in class, sadly we were all mistaken. So now the mad scramble to get it done to a full 20 pts vs losing 30% if turned in tomorrow.

Had some great food to try last night. We made grilled chicken marinated in pepper/citric marinade and then fried pork medallions rolled in panko. Reviewing the cooking methods of grilling and frying. They were nummy, I did not again eat my Tuna/crackers dinner but that's ok.

Getting in a bit more exercise this week but need to find way to get calories up, keep coming up short 500 or more. Have been running t hat much of a deficit from plan since before school started, hoping to find away to increase that is healthy yet enjoyable because I find when I go too many days under I am tired and sluggish.

Anyway, back to the grind!

    Let me know what kind of healthy ways you think of to get your calories up, please! I am running about 400 low myself daily and don't want to eat tons of healthy stuff (there are only SO many apples I can eat in a day :) or a little bit of junk at the end of the day to make up for it. I am adding almonds to my regimen today to see what happens.
