Making Change Happen

I thought I'd finish with the questions posed from the BLC Challenge & add these to my plan:

"If you want to Make Change Happen... You have to Know where to FOCUS your Efforts."

Log your Measurements - I have my own private measurement sheet, I don't think I will be posting it here (As well as my "before" pictures - I just can't bring myself to share that right now - lol!

What Size you are in - Again, I will keep this one to myself for now

How quickly you get winded - I have to confess, this has been an issue lately. I used to walk about 5 miles a day but really cut back when I began having issues with my dad. Now I find myself winded on the first (small) hill. I also have to go low on the eliptical machine.

How many reps of something you can do - I am good with 2 reps of 15 for right now.

Pick Something that has been holding you back from your own Happiness, something that gets in your weigh, Something that you want to work on in order to get Closer to Your Own Personal SUCCESS ~ That would be my determination. I give myself too much permission to take the lazy way out and give up before I even get started.

This post is a great way to measure my PROGRESS & I hope to come back here at the end of 12 weeks and update it with healthier answers :) Thanks to the BLC leaders who took so much time to orchestrate these teams, and these questions!!
