Today was possibly the most fun cycling class I have ever had! I went to class with my good friend and workout buddy Laurie. We both love challenging each other so it works out perfectly!

Well today there was a lot of challenging going on between the two of us and lots of......... singing! Let me tell you, when you have your resistance maxed out, singing can be a challenge. But we did it and had a lot of fun and tons of laughing. (It was hard not to sing because the instructor had some pretty great tunes! I think I liked every song!)

Laurie and I work out pretty much everyday together during the week and have even done some weekends. We also have a running group and a few other friends that join us in the weight room, etc.... It makes working out fun and challenging when you have a buddy or group.

So if you haven't tried it, you may want to look into groups or find a neighbor / friend to work out with you. It helps to find someone with the same goals and the same interests.

And then have some fun..... laugh.... sing..... dance..... and your workout will just fly by!
