So I am taking this from our first BLC Challenge & elaborating on it. I love the questions she has posed, and so I thought this would be a good opportunity for me to define my own road map.
"What stands in the weigh of where you are Right Now vs. Where you WANT to be in 12 weeks from Now."
What is on your mind right now? I am kind of in limbo - I did really well with my weight loss in the past few months, but got distracted by a family emergency so I am having to "Start Over".
What has been holding you back? Lack of motivation in recent weeks. My husband enables me to an extent & I need to become stronger to resist his culinary temptations.
Where do you see yourself in 12 Weeks? I see myself physically and mentally stronger, and able to get up in the morning with a definite purpose.
What is Your NOW vs Your FUTURE? My now is pretty lazy - I am lacking streingth and discipline. My future is going to be the complete opposite!
Has something been weighing you down? My family (Father's illness/old age, and my sister who has suddenly stopped talking to me because of a new live-in boyfriend).
Find YOUR Plan of ACTION: My plan of action is to go to bed earlier, get up earlier, hit the gym first thing in the morning, work through the pain, avoid temptations of DH, drink more water and eat according to plan.
LIST YOUR GOALS:
1. Fill my water pump 3 times a day (2 1/2 pumps)
2. Log my food and activities in Spark
3. Honor my gym days and stick to my schedule
4. Meet some new Sparkers locally
5. Take this challenge seriously
What do you Expect to Accomplish over the next 12 Weeks: I expect to be ready *To Train* for a 5K by the time I am through with this challenge.
I know my priorities will change, but these are my first steps before the challenge begins
