I have hit the ultimate Plateu!!!!!

I am so stuck!! I am paying attention to my calories, which are probably closer to 2000 a day, I am getting my exercise and I am not losing any weight!! GRRR
This is the longest plateu I have ever hit, 3 months now!! Come on what do I need to do??? I am not satisfied with my weight, yes I have lost a lot but I am not at a healthy weight yet. I know that this can be done but WTH is going on with me????
Just had to vent. I get exercise every day. I ran 2.5 miles last night, I started weight training again 2 days a week, now what to do?!!??!?! Has anyone been through this that can give me some advice??
Also does anyone have trouble with skin getting in the way? I have a few rolls of skin on my sides and I have started having soreness in my side muscles. Even sore to touch like it is bruised, but it isn't. Could be sore from increase in exercise but I am wondering if it isn't sore from running and the constant jiggle, pull and tug? Any advice for that either?
