Oh the test. . . .

Tonight is are practical for Vinagrette, Mayo and Hollindaise - I have made two of three successfully and attempted the 3rd one 3 times without success. I am going in early again tonight to try and master the Hollindaise before class so I can pass my practical. Cleanliness, taste, appearance are all being graded. . . . oh so maybe nervous

So this cramps gym time again today - thinking a nice 30 min walk at lunch & then reading of the recipes on the way to school to help get over butterfly's. Short work/school weeks messes all up.

With weight up due to lack of cardio hopefully I can manage some time tomorrow.

Anyway, off for a lunch time walk I go emoticon

    While it is a positive steps it keeps me from hitting the books. However now with end of week near I will have time to read/catch up this weekend. Think I will hit the Y and hog the exercise bike for a bit! lol

    Good for you to make the time & effort to get in some walking. I find it helps me to refocus and come back refreshed!

    This is a journey. Doing something each day is a step in the right direction. Our lives are busy and we need to make time for exercise. A walk during lunch is a positive thing. Every step counts.
