Concerning SP, I'm positively charged to try it.
I'm appreciative that it isn't just "another diet."
At this juncture I'm improving my lifestyle-
Success comes from patient dedication- takes a while

My goal is to permanently lose weight- quite a bit.
I aim to improve my mind-and get more physically fit
I will learn to eat right, and exercise more-
I'm confident that my motivation will soar.

So I wish each of you luck plenty of warm smiles-
As you embark upon your path of purpose for miles.
Writing late-night poetry is better than late snacks
Signing off for now....going to get relaxed.
