Ready for a Challenge

What a great holiday weekend! How was yours??? I let myself do whatever I wanted to and didn't think about my eating... it felt kind of good to give myself permission & I will worry about the weigh-in/measure myself stuff tomorrow.

I've been spending a lot of time this week getting myself "back to normal". I have so much on my plate & have had good intentions of staying on track, but it just hadn't happened. Well, today I collaborated with DH and got down our schedule for the next couple of weeks. It feels good to be on the same page for a change. I have this new assistant who has been trying to make my life easier (I don't think that's happening) and so I'm toying with the idea of nixing her completely. Aren't assistants supposed to help you? Hmmm... hasn't been happening, so my evaluation today was a good wake-up call for us both.

I got my workouts scheduled in - gym time as well as at home yoga/Turbo, walks, etc. So ready for this... I also signed up for the Biggest Loser challenge beginning on the 15th - woohoo - I really need a challenge to push me in the next few months! I'm excited about it.
