So I finally weighed myself. It has been 3 months and my clothes are fitting a bit looser but I don't feel like I've lost that much weight. I got out my notebook and started measuring (I measure just about EVERYTHING from my neck to my feet...lol). After I was done I looked to see how much I'd really lost and was really surprised to find I've lost 9 lbs. Then I looked at the date and realized it took me 3 months to lose it. At first I was a little disappointed I won't lie. I mean that's only 3 lbs. a month! And if I kept up this pace it would take me nearly another year to reach my goal.
But then I regained my sanity and cheered for my incredible weight loss of 9 lbs! Go me! Now to just get my eating and sleeping in order and I will be dropping those darn fat pounds even faster.
