I'm getting ready to move out of the fast break phase and into phase 2. I still don't have a real weigh-in on my starting weight but have been using the last one from my doc's office visit several months ago. I also had to miss my appt with him last week and hope to get in this week and get a current weight. I THINK I've lost weight...we all know the danger in that kind of thinking. Maybe I could say that overall I've been tracking my food and exercise, etc which has shown that I'm making progress with daily habits that will lead to becoming healthier. Anyway, I can find my way around SP, have joined some Teams, posted some comments, and am consciously working at "reframing" negative thoughts with more positive ones. Still hoping to meet a couple of people for more one-on-one support. If you've gotten this far on my sparkpage, maybe you would be interested? All neutral or positive comments/tips appreciated!

    I weigh only about once per month, and it works for me (If I weigh more often, those little inevitable plateaus get me discouraged)

    You are SO on the right path, if you're tracking your eating and exercise! Those good habits will absolutely help you .... what a great lifestyle you are developing!
