MOVING INTO PHASE 2

I'm getting ready to move out of the fast break phase and into phase 2. I still don't have a real weigh-in on my starting weight but have been using the last one from my doc's office visit several months ago. I also had to miss my appt with him last week and hope to get in this week and get a current weight. I THINK I've lost weight...we all know the danger in that kind of thinking. Maybe I could say that overall I've been tracking my food and exercise, etc which has shown that I'm making progress with daily habits that will lead to becoming healthier. Anyway, I can find my way around SP, have joined some Teams, posted some comments, and am consciously working at "reframing" negative thoughts with more positive ones. Still hoping to meet a couple of people for more one-on-one support. If you've gotten this far on my sparkpage, maybe you would be interested? All neutral or positive comments/tips appreciated!
