Not sticking with Sparkpeople very well....

Okay.....I have to admit that when I joined I tracked my calories for three days then just stop coming on here. I know I need the support that SP gives and I know that I should track my calorie intake and my water intake and my physical activity but I just have not made myself. Grrrrrrr....
I just found out that my little sister joined and now I really want to get on here more so that I can be a support for her. We both have very active little girls that are hard to keep up with and I know with some weight gone if would be SO much easier. I live here in Kansas and she lives clear over in Illinois so we cant walk together but I am thinking we can support each other now through Spark People.
School starts back up tomorrow. So I will have to be back on a strict routine for the kids and I AM going to put SP in my schedule and also exercise will go in my daily schedule and I am going to hold myself to that the best I can. I need lots of encouragement right now and I am going to have to give myself a daily pep talk. So forward is the only to go from here!! (0:

    I've been taking Willow out of a walk around the block every evening. She loves it, and I get my walk in. Next week I'm going to make it two blocks, and so on.I think after that though, she's going to have to go in her stroller, or I'll pull her in her wagon.

    How are you doing now on soda? I've been getting those carbonated flavored waters from Wal-Mart, they have no sodium, no calories, no fat....I only drink one glass a day with dinner and I keep it around in case I really have a soda craving. So that's worked for me, so far.

    I've been making daily to do lists. They help keep me on track, although I've veered off of it today. I got my exercise in , but I'm saying to hell with the extra house work. And I refuse to feel bad about it. I'll amp it up tomorrow.

    I can relate to this! I am actually a returning Spark user - I've been on here off and on over the years, and it's always been a fantastic resource for me when it comes to losing weight and being healthier... but I always lose the motivation, for one reason or another. I'm really hoping to find a reason to stick around for good (or at the very least to stick with the healthy living for good!) I hope that you're able to stick around - Spark is a great place, and I bet you'd be able to find some inspiration to help reach your goals :)
