New program, new goal, new provider.

Tuesday, August 24, 2010

Finally I have solved my internet problems, and now, with a brand new shiny provider I hope to go back to SP in style.

I have bought the spark so I tried my best to keep my program. Some things didn't work out that great, but I managed to not gain a lot of weight. (Even though I slacked off my exercises and diet)

That got me to the point where I wanted to reformulate what I was doing, having a better knowledge now. I determined a long term goal, and plenty of short term goals as well. I would like to start this and I invite all of you who are interested to do the same and try to reach it. (Of course, changing the goals to the ones you want to)

Along with that I will try to sort out some good prizes for when I reach some weights...

I'm sorry, I know the post is long, but I think that writing down what you want and what you will do, your brain actually gets it and start working WITH you towards what you want. That goes for anything in your life.

Long term goal:

That's it for now guys. The exercise program I will follow is from a book, Fitness for Life, by Matt Robers Personal Training. It's the Ready for the beach one, and it takes up 6 weeks. After that I'll see what program I'll try to follow. I decided on that one because I have all the equipment needed and it's for people who want to tone up and lose body fat. Why not, hehehe.

I'll try to go back to blogging more, perhaps give a little incentive to you guys too.

Sorry for the long term absence, but I had terrible internet problems.

If you wish to join me on a journey let me know through a comment or through a spark mail. I hope we'll get there!
