One Day at a Time

I am taking this journey one day at a time, watching what I eat, how much I eat, when I eat, along with some exercise will help me reach my goal.

Every little bit counts, knowing that the more fruits and vegetables I eat, as opposed to the burger or fried chicken I sometimes crave, is a testimony of my desire to take charge of my life, my health and overall well being.

Staying focused, and keeping my goal in mind, using visuals, and the support of my Spark Team members, inspire me to do better each day.

This is a new year for a great time for a new me
