So I didn't eat great over the weekend. This is a bad pattern I'm still struggling to correct.
MIL made home made cookies. Nomnomnom.
Saturday night I had the HUGEST carb craving..and ate 2 pieces of challah-cheese-toast and then my neighbor brought me over mexican fried food..with tortilla/beans/cheese NOMNOMNOM.
And Sunday I went with K to SundayFunday and ate 2 mini boxes of red hot candies and some chocolate.
But somehow.. Monday morning..I'm still under 170, and only a pound up from Friday.
So Mondays starting point isn't too bad.
I'm hoping to see more droppage this week.
I have been getting a lot of people, even my coworker who sees me daily, who have commented on the fact that they think I've lost weight.
One thing I've been bad about is going to the gym. I totally took the entire week off last week.
This week I'm feeling a lot better, but now finding the time is going to be hard. Ugh!
I'm going to have to figure out how to do 2 days in the morning at the gym, instead of leaving it all for the night time. That's the plan!
