    OMG i LOVE Jilian! I actually love the surrenders! I can do them all day! Great job on the 5 lbs!
    I actually started those videos with 5lbs from the start... maybe that's why i was having such a hard time lol .. but its amazing how quickly your body adapts and strengthens. I am at the point now that 5lbs isn't enough for some of the moves. CRAZY !

    I love your apartment!! Its the cutest place... your little curtain looks like something I would make... I sew... and love making all sorts of goodies.

    Oh no!! your weights went kaplooey! You are going to become quite buff upping your weight (lol) that is funny to say!

    Let me know how the smoothie adventure works... they sell straws a bag of a gazillion... at the dollar store. just so you know.... :p

    I love what I have seen of your apartment, it looks fab! I love all the exposed brick work.

    At least you had some back up weights to carry on with your routine. I hate it when things put you off mid workout.

    awww.. that sucks that your weights went kaput... They looked like handy little weights to have around. Now ya gotta use the orange suckers.. lol.. That's ok. I know you can do 5lbs. Nice tour of the floor of ur living room.. lol Your apartment is cute. I know you said you were slowly trying to make it look like someone lived in it. I think it's looking cute!     I spent the money for a personal trainer, and I was surprised to find out how much more weight he had added to my arm curl exercises, I am now to 8#. YEAH!!

    Our bodies are amazing pieces of equipment, arent they? they let us know when they are ready for more and then they let us know when they had enough.

    you will do just fine ~ just be careful when you bend your legs like in a v squat not to lift the weights to eye level (30ds)- i use 5lbs w/jillian and am careful not to as i hurt my neck and the chiro said "no" just raise to shoulder level. emoticon
