Loving the positive attitude and congrats on the 2lbs!! What matters is that your putting in an effort to try to do better and be better... and if it dosen't work the first time... try, try again!

I have only been maintaining lately :/ I still would like to lose 10-15lbs... but I feel like it's getting harder for me for two reasons. #1 I LOVE LOVE LOVE the summer.. and it's coming to an end. & I felt like I spent the whole first half of it eating perfectly (even at BBQ's) and in the gym a lot. & I really wanted to cut loose and enjoy BBQ's without worrying about everything and I wanted to drink with my friends and not worry about the fact that I was drinking empty calories and going over my calories for the day. I just didn't want to have any regrets once winter starts (I hibernate in the winter. I have no problem going to the gym everyday because there's usually nothing else I would be doing but laying around watching tv or reading a book, etc.) So as much as I'm making the most of my summer (at least this half) ..I'm really feeling like a slacker. & now I'm trying to get back into my old routine and it's so much harder because I let myself slack. What makes it even harder is that I don't hate my body anymore like I used to. It's not exactly where I want it to be...but I'm somewhat content with it. I didn't realize how much harder that was gunna make things for me. I really thought I wouldn't feel AT ALL content until I looked exactly how I wanted to look. I was wrong lol. anyways...this is REALLY long for a blog comment... but I guess I just needed to vent. & congratulate you on being strong and sticking with you routine... it is I that am now jealous of your progress :) keep it up!

Tim, You are doing great! 37 lbs is awesome. I haven't even hit the 5 lb mark yet. But I am a binge eater. I will do good for a week or two and then eat tons and just feel awful. So I am working on that now. I love watching your videos. One pound or two... it's all good. Take care. Cindy emoticon emoticon

Good job Tim! 2 More down and 37 pounds total is great. (almost at the big 4-0 down!) Good luck with what you have in mind to try next. I am doing some new stuff too in order to get back on track. It never hurts to try new things, right? emoticon emoticon

Hi Tim - glad to see you are having consistent losses - 2 more lbs this week is fantastic. I hope what you are planning for this week is healthy and sustainable and gives you the jump ahead that you are looking for. Stay consistent and the weight will continue to come off, a little at a time.

Great job on the 2 lb weight loss! I don't know what you're planning for this week, but as long as it's healthy, go for it! You can do it! You have inspired me this week to refocus and keep going, as well. I've been ping-ponging around a little too much. I need to adopt your focus for the week ahead and set some smaller goals for myself so I don't undo everything I just did. Thanks for the reboot! emoticon
