More than i'd like, but today is a new day!

Well I weighed in this morning and from the initial 2 pouunds I gained, I actually gained 5 more. I can live with that though. I really thought i did worse these past couple of weeks. I was back to eating one meal a day and it was something I would just grab and eat while I was passing the kitchen on my way to my office.

For anyone who doesn't believe that eating several small meals (or even just eating 3 good meals) a day doesn't work, i'm here to tell you it is so important. I'm here to say that I might have let myself go the past couple months, i've been gone but i can say, i gained 7 pounds total and it's ok. I just start back today. I am surely doing ok because I am not back at my initial weight of 300 pounds. I lost my initial 25 pounds by eating 3 meals a day, then i joined SP and started staying in my calorie range and lost some more. It is so worth it.

    You are right, eating smaller meals is so very important. It helps keep your metabolism going!

    You can get back to where you were. We have a challenge coming up for the Purple team if you want to join in. The thread was just posted.
