I blew it last nite

but today is a new day and I will try to stay in calorie range(not off to a very good start stopped at whataburger on my drive home this morn for breakfast). I am having alot of difficulty starting an exercise routine, I mean I have no excuse for not doing exercising it's not like I have that many responsibilities at home it's just myself and my 19 y/o daughter, sheesh I even purchased a wii fit and the board. Does anyone have advice for me? Other than just get off you lazy butt and do it, because I tell myself that all the time. I think I need to find an exercise buddy I think perhaps that would motivate me.OK enough with my whining and ranting. Hope you all are doing well with your journey whatever it may be....     I'd love to try that wii fit! One of these days... You know what makes a difference for me? Accountability. What if you went to one of your groups, or just ONE other person here and said: tomorrow, I'm going to do _____.. and then, tomorrow, you tell each other. And then, you do it again.
