awwww ur kitty is so lovable. I totally know what you mean by feeling trapped by IBS. I don't have it, but my daughter does. She is only 10. She also has acid reflux. We actually are homeschooling her this year partly because of her IBS. She was always sooooooooo sick in school and she would stress out over weather she was going to be sick or not so she WOULD get sick because of the stress. The teacher was NOT understanding and would have students go to the bathroom to get her ALL the time. She still has these problems, EVERY single day. I feel trapped sometimes over the things we can do because I'm afraid she will be hurting to much. I don't even know how to help her anymore. We do have her drinking green smoothies with us. We put some great super foods and prbiotics in them for her. I THINK (crosses fingers) it may be helping her. What is IBS like for you? You don't have to get into detail or anything, lol, but I just want to be assured that my daughter is normal, well as normal as anyone with IBS that is. Her stomach will sometimes make her feel nausious. Also someitmes it feels really HOT. Thats how she describes it. Other times it is severe cramps. Anyways.... Rock on with the green smoothies. We are enjoying them. I find I am really liking apples with mine. Apple banana strawberry. I'm going to try some peaches in mine tommorow I think. Have a great rest of your sunday!

Sneekers in the dryer should be ok...but I would put them inside of a pillow case because they bang up against the dryer and it could damage the shoes. The pillow case helps absorb some of the shock. I also wouldnt keep them in there too long - like don't let them dry all the way, just enough so that they can finish air drying on their own.

They actually have this thing that you can buy that is like a netted bag that straps onto the dryer door and you can put the shoes in it and they get the air to dry them but they dont bang up against the dryer inside. Maybe for the future it would be good to invest in one of those :o)

Sunday is my long run day also ;), but much less than you lol .. Building my way up though, 4 miles today! Can't wait to be at your level, that's awesome!

I was LOLing at your cat and her tendency to moon the camera, too funny.

That's awesome you placed first in the 10K, i am in the process of training for one myself, hearing you is true inspiration!

As far as the shoes in the dryer, i would say yes it is okay. I would maybe not use a lower setting.

Great job on the run, it must be a bit of an annoyance I can imagine, but good for you for not letting it get to you!

    Have fun with your blender!

Sorry you haven't felt well today--I hope that gets better soon! I love your attitude, though, of not letting it or anything stop you from your fitness!
