OK - so I did better this week than last week. But I'm still not where I was a month ago. I think I will be able to get back 100 percent on track. Just need to keep at it. I am currently attracted to comfort foods - mostly carbs. So I need to somehow find comfort elsewhere!!
Just found out our youngest son, who is a college student and on Academic probation, _we have had him make some changes to help him reach his goals _ had his classes cancelled due to his GPA - after tuition was paid!! Does this make sense??? He has a semester to bring his grades up and the semester is just starting. AAAAAUUUUUGGGGGHHHHH. So - I have totally been very anxious and then decided - ok - he is going to try to handle this (with my DH at his side) and me worrying will in no way assist in this process!! So another item added to my prayer list ( which seems to grow daily )!!! Well - the weekend is almost here!! Hope to refuel and regroup!!
