Upped my Cals

On average, I'm burning around 5500 cals per week. I've dropped about 8 lbs over the past few weeks. Too much, too quickly. I also felt like I was starving...I was! I will keep an eye on this.

Game Plan:
run 2 miles
yoga
meetings x 2
client
couple at noon
client at 2
dance lesson at 3
class at 7

Positives:
1. Finished my triathlete test!
2. Rearranged the gym!
3. Having fun!
