Outstanding Day!

Good run this morning. I'm thinking to upping it to 2 1/2 miles next week. I had a really good step class this morning. I didn't have any new people so we were doing all kinds of fun stuff!!

Odd and ends throughout the afternoon. Almost finished with my "pain free triathlete" course! It is awesome!!

Great work outs with clients tonight!!!

run 2 miles
KU Med Ctr/lunch/errands for work
client at 2
client at 3
class at 6:30

1. Feeling really good about my work outs!
2. Productive day!
3. I'm enjoying life to the fullest!!!!!
