I ran my 11 miles this morning. Goal Time: 2 h 15 m Actual time: 2 h 4 m
I'm very pleased with that!! My legs feel really good this afternoon.
I've been cracking the books on triathlon training this afternoon. Quite interesting...learning a lot of stuff I didn't even think about.
Hubby and I went out to chinese tonight. Sushi, chicken, egg whites mushrooms, green beans were all the good choices! 2 Crab Rangoons were not so hot, butthey tasted great!

3. Made mostly good choices at Chinese Rest.
4. Drove around in this beautiful weather with hubby for 45 minutes!
