Officially it got to 103 today. I decided not to run this morning and give my legs a break. I did a "pump" class instead of regular aerobics class. It was a productive day, but there was a lot of hurry up and wait moments!! It will be interesting on how my body feels tomorrow with having a rest day from cardio. Don't worry! I will hit it hard tomorrow and I have an 11 mile run planned for Sunday.
The other reason for the down day is a super sized headache. I think going in and out of a/c and heat did it today. I'm feeling blah and need to study! Not enough food or water on top of that....
