Cleaning out my favorite foods list

Okay, I got tired of scrolling through what seemed like hundreds of foods in my favorites list when documenting what I had eaten each day. So, I got serious about deleting. I've been keeping foods in that list that I haven't eaten in months or even years but couldn't seem to make myself remove them. I think I was afraid I was telling myself "you will never be able to eat that food again." Now, there certainly are foods that I don't eat every day or even every month but I have NOT forbidden anything from my diet.
So, I just removed all the saved entries for McDonalds, Taco Bell, etc. I removed all the pizzas, ice cream, cookies and cake. I can't believe the anxiety it caused but I think I'll be okay.

What a weird feeling.
