After my run yesterday, I feel pretty confident about my running ability. I want to push a little harder. I ran 2 mile this morning right at 15 minutes. I would like to see a little better time at 3 miles.
Step class was awesome this morning. My hip was a little painful afterwards, but seeing the chiropracter helped a lot!! He is a marathon runner and understood my pain literally!! Power walked with a client.
My clients are hitting it hard. I really appreciate their dedication to their health and well being. It keeps me energized on top of that!!
