I can barely move

Well, it's me 1, shrubs 0. I went out for yard work today. It was crazy hot (as Texas usually is in the summer) but I was committed. I took out three full shrubs and reduced another 3 to teeny tiny stumps. I have two huge piles of brush to move but that will have to be tomorrow. Due to my backyard demo I had no trouble with my water today... 8 glasses by 4 pm and the night is still young. There is something about yard work- you get to see the fruit of your labor right away. I feel accomplished and pretty darn excited because I knocked out a full workout withoutleaving the backyard... now if I can only get out of bed tomorrow morning.
