Finding my way back

It's been ages since I've posted anything here.
Since my last post I've started freelancing which means short projects and times of unemployment in between projects. This was not by choice but by necessity. My last freelance project was challenging and very stressful. During that 5 months, I gained 10 additional pounds and nearly reached 150lbs. I worked long days, did my best to eat healthy meals by bringing my lunch, and tried to squeeze in workouts. I found that I could not workout after 8 o'clock at night due to fatigue. I often did not get out of work each night until that hour. So I made it a priority to workout in the mornings but it was not enough.
I found myself stress-eating more and more towards the end of the project and sabotaging all my hard work these last three years.
I'm slowly taking off those extra pounds and using my funemployment time to focus on re-reaching my goals. I plugged in my current weight and height and sadly I'm back in the 'over' category for my BMI. So it's time to get serious... again.
