Still on track

I know it takes a long time for the weight to come off.. but I wish it would happen faster.. I have not given up and I have not gone off track but that doesn't change that I wish I would be 138 already. .. I am tired of teetering between 139 and 141... it is driving me nuts.. I had hoped to be 138 by sunday.. but .. it doesn't look as if that will happen.. that's ok though.. i still have next week.. maybe next week i can hit 137.5? I sure hope so!

    Don't focus so much on the weight, just think about the healthy habits you are building! I often focus too much on the pounds, too, but then I remember that stressing about not losing pounds is not healthy, and will not help me reach my goals any faster! Keep up the good work. emoticon
