So yesterday I didn't do so good but I didn't do as bad as I would have a week ago.
I had my sandwich for breakfast and then I had tossed green salad with ranch, asian carrots and beets and baked salmon for lunch. Dinner consisted of frozen pizza...we had some left in the freezer and Jonathan hadn't planned anything for dinner. And I had some chocolate for dessert. Even though I didn't eat really healthy in the evening like I had planned to do I am proud that I didn't go way overboard and the scale showed a loss this morning. In the last 3 full days I have lost 2.6 pounds and plan to keep it going!!
Today my food consists of: Breakfast = Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Lunch = Sandwich, Snack = Carrots, Dinner = Pork or Scallops and veggies.
Tonight we are going to see my friends who are camping...should be fun visiting with them for a while.
