On to the next day...

So yesterday I didn't do so good but I didn't do as bad as I would have a week ago.

I had my sandwich for breakfast and then I had tossed green salad with ranch, asian carrots and beets and baked salmon for lunch. Dinner consisted of frozen pizza...we had some left in the freezer and Jonathan hadn't planned anything for dinner. And I had some chocolate for dessert. Even though I didn't eat really healthy in the evening like I had planned to do I am proud that I didn't go way overboard and the scale showed a loss this morning. In the last 3 full days I have lost 2.6 pounds and plan to keep it going!!

Today my food consists of: Breakfast = Vanilla Greek Yogurt, Lunch = Sandwich, Snack = Carrots, Dinner = Pork or Scallops and veggies.

Tonight we are going to see my friends who are camping...should be fun visiting with them for a while.

    you go Casey! A little draw back is ok, we cant deny ourselves everything right, if we did that then we would surely set ourselves up for failure.
    I say step by step we do what we can you made good choices for use though, snaking in fresh veggies and fruit..
    and personally I dont think Pizza has to be the enemy.. =)

    (I made my own one day.. we had Pizza day I bought frozen dough and when we came home from work and it was thawed out, I split it in 4 and flattened it grilled the dough and when one side was done, I flipped it, spread the marinara sauce on the cooked side, then added fresh basil from the garden, mozzarella and whatever topping the kids wanted on theirs we added. it was fun and yummy.)

    Today I have oatmeal for breakfast, leftover 16 bean soup for lunch, and cherries to snack on, for dinner... not sure yet but I took chicken breasts out so I might grill that with the summer squash we pick from the garden yesterday.

    have I mentioned how nice it is to have the veggie growing out back, I've saved so much money having that...

    you are defiantly on the right track !!!
