Feeling Great, Exercising, and Eating Good

I know I am really strapped for time right now but just wanted a short update. I have been getting up early every morning and doing 1/2 workout before work. I have been planning healthy meals and eating a lot of veggies and drinking a lot of water.
Other than that, I am enjoying the summer and reading and relaxing. We got my Dad back home from the 5 weeks hospital stay and he is doing good too. All in all, life is good and I am taking care of me.
